CS (Dr) Sanjay Parab, founding partner of SPRS And Co. LLP is a Fellow Member of
ICSI, Post Graduate in Law and Commerce and has over 20 years of experience in the
field of Secretarial and Legal functions.
CS (Dr) Sanjay Parab is a Doctor in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Practices from
Savitribai Phule Pune University in a subject of Corporate Governance.
Before commencing his practise, CS (Dr) Sanjay Parab has worked with the reputed
companies listed with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
CS (Dr) Sanjay Parab is a visiting faculty at various reputed colleges and has written
more than 10 research papers and participated in more than 23 State, National and
International Conferences / workshops and Professional Development Programs.
CS (Dr) Sanjay Parab is instrumental and vastly experienced in corporate advisory
services, secretarial audits and due diligences.
CS Rahul Sahasrabuddhe
CS Rahul Sahasrabuddhe is an FCS and Post Graduate in Commerce. He has worked with NSDL, NSE, B & K Securities, Emkay Global and CLSA.
He is founding Partner at SPRS And Co LLP, Company Secretaries specialized in Corporate and Securities Laws litigation matters.
He is a regular practitioner before NCLT and NCLAT and handles matters like Oppression and Mismanagement, Corporate Restructuring,
Mergers and Amalgamations, Corporate Insolvency, etc.
He was one of the Two “Professional Expert Members” on the Board of Studies (BOS), St. Xavier's College, University of Mumbai.
He has authored columns in newspapers and magazines on varied subjects including Law and Finance.
He is regular speaker at various programs conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI),
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), St. Xavier's Management Institute.
He is also a regular faculty at academic programs conducted by Maharashtra National Law University for its LLM and MA Courses.
He is also a regular faculty at BSE Institute Ltd.
He is an Independent Director on the Board of two multinationals viz. Snap Camera India Private Limited (Indian subsidiary of Snapchat Inc.) and
Talk Walker India Private Limited. He is an Expert member on Regulatory and Oversight Committee of Metropolitan Stock Exchange.
He was the Chairman of Western India Region of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (WIRC of ICSI) for the year 2020.
